How the Party Starts
Delivery, Set Up & Pick Up
We deliver 1 hour before the party begins and pick up after the party end time. We prefer not to pick after dark and do not pick the sets up after 9 p.m. Full day rental is 10 hours (must be delivered by 10 a.m.), and half-day rental is 5 hours.
We will need a surface suitable for the size inflatable you rent and a regular household outlet within 100 feet of setup area. Please specify grass, blacktop or concrete during booking because we need to bring in the proper equipment. Let us know at time of booking, so we can make other the necessary arrangements.
AAA Inflatables reserves the right to cancel your reservation because of severe weather conditions. We will do our best to reschedule your event as soon as possible, subject to equipment availability.
If you cancel, you must notify AAA by 7 a.m. of the day of the event. You will be responsible for rental costs without proper notification. Cancellation is required 7 days in advance of the scheduled event for no charge. Those notifying us within 7 days will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
AAA Inflatables is fully licensed and insured. We require a liability waiver to be signed before setup.
Reservations may be made by phone North Location: (Office: 706-374-1375) (Cell: 770-780-9717), South Location: (Office: 770-318-9148) or email, however we require a contact phone number for the confirmation processes. At the time of the reservation, you will need an approximate date and time of your event and a debit/credit card to reserve your rental.
AAA Inflatables accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal or cash (drivers cannot make change). All rentals must be paid in full before delivery unless other arrangements have been made. We cannot guarantee your rental without a debit/credit card on file.
