How the party starts
We provide a wide selection of inflatable playsets for children’s parties, along with other concessions and games. Many items are available to rent, and all are designed to capture the attention and imagination of any child. Some party playsets even include castles, slides, and obstacle courses!
Our products are maintained in their very best condition, which means every playset will always look its finest and withstand enthusiastic interaction. In addition, we provide on-time delivery services. Playsets and concessions arrive an hour before the party begins, so the entertainment is ready for guests when they arrive!
Delivery, Set Up and Pick Up
We deliver 1 hour before the party begins and pick up after the party end time. We prefer not to pick up after dark, and therefore do not pick sets up after 9:00 PM. Full-day rental is 10 hours (must be delivered by 10:00 AM), and half-day rental is 5 hours.
We will need a surface suitable for the size inflatable you rent and a regular household outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. Please specify whether the surface is grass, blacktop, or concrete during booking to help us bring in the proper equipment and make necessary arrangements.
Weather / Cancellation Policy
AAA Inflatables reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to severe weather conditions. We will do our best to reschedule your event as soon as possible, subject to equipment availability.
Cancellation is required 7 days in advance of the scheduled event for no charge. Those notifying us within 7 days will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel, you must notify AAA by 7:00 AM on the day of your event. You will be responsible for all rental costs without proper notification.
License / Insurance / Liability Waiver
AAA Inflatables is fully licensed and insured. We require a liability waiver to be signed before setup.
Reservations
Reservations may be made by phone (North Location Office: 706-374-1375, Cell: 770-780-9717), South Location Office: 770-318-9148) or email, however we do require a contact phone number for confirmation purposes. At the time of reservation, you will need to provide an approximate date and time of your event and a debit/credit card number to reserve your rental.
Payment Options
AAA Inflatables accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, or cash (drivers cannot make change). All rentals must be paid in full before delivery unless other arrangements have been made. We cannot guarantee your rental without a debit/credit card on file.
